Cove Lake
Camping at Cove Lake Campground north of Mt Magazine

With a few days off I headed west. Even though it was late September it was still quite hot. A nice rest on a warm rock in the mid-day sun on Lake Nimrod was my first stop. Onward to Mount Magazine and then to Cove Lake just north of there, you bastard. I camped there and participated in some outdoor activities. Then I slept. I rose at 4:45 and drove north and just barely into Missouri. It was then down past the Buffalo and a stop was made at the Illinois Bayou north of Hector. Soon, my house was in view and I went inside. Yay!
