Southwest Colorado, Ouray, Rocky Mountain National Park4/28/18
Sometimes you just need to get out of your own state and see some different scenery. On this occasion my wife Elita a I headed west for just that. The drive across the plains is terrible but is the price you pay for real mountainous terrain. We drove in from the south and generally remained in the southwest corner of Colorado until ending up in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was great, but I still prefer the simple hills of Arkansas.
