South central ArkansasRide south onto perilous roadways only to discover near deadly action
8/8/2020
I rode south...hard...into the darkness of near dawn. My motoguzio rumbled twix my legs. The power was there, but I held back. By 6:00 a.m. Jo's Diner in Sheridan showed it's lights like a beacon of breakfast soon to be had. I entered, and ordered. Food soon came...it was fair in accuracy to what I had asked for, but not quite. I ate without complaint as the citizens of the town mumbled back and forth. The stories heard therein were telling of the lives of these people and I took it all in. My tab was settled and I exited to a sunrise of pure delight. I lounged upon a bench and did savor its coming. Then I rode...hard, once more. Many police cruisers were left behind as my evasive maneuvers were no match for their lack of driving skill. Many back roads were traced as a loop was made towards Malvern and then ultimately...home again. All this in under 57 minutes. Amazing...yes.
