Spadra Creek bluff hike of extremely irregular bluff action

By the dark of the moon, I entered the forest. At 4:45 a.m. it was 68°. The bluff line was sought and found. The sun came and the morning was of good quality. En route to the next bluff an injury was incurred to my right gastrocnemius. After a luncheon of fine food products on another bluff of interest, I hobbled up the slope and made it back to my starting point. It was 11:30 with 78°. My journey covered 4.9 miles. I then drove home at a high rate of speed.
