Hike on this section of the Maumelle Pinnacles

This long rocky ridge rises above the Maumelle River valley and is part of a series of ridges known as the Maumelle Pinnacles. I had never heard this ridge mentioned as Rattlesnake Ridge until the recent development of the area for recreational use. I followed this ridge once back in 1983 along with it's western brother on another occasion. On entry it was 50° and the skies were clear. The ridge was followed from west to east and was quite perilous. Upon leaving it was noted to be 60°. My distance was 3.8 miles.
