Bluff hike above Big Piney Creek

So, it was almost mid December...what to do, where to go, was the thought. The decision was made to visit bluffs high above the Big Piney Creek. Many in this are have already been explored, yet some remained. My hike began at 5:10 with 40° and no clouds. Sunrise was set at 7:14 and my arrival to my preferred bluff left me plenty of time. The sun rose nicely and revealed a landscape of great loveliness. I savored this for a time. Then, it was onward to see the remaining bluffs in the area. Lunch was had and enjoyed, as lunch should be. I arrived back at the automobile at 12:10 with 57°. This walking tour covered 4.2 miles.
