Hike into the valley of Reeves Fork with sweet forking action
1/23/25
It was Thursday morning. It came to me that I should hike, so I did. At 7:30 with 26° and mostly clear skies, the area across the road from my house was entered. Occasional old patches of snow littered the shady areas. The wind lightly caressed my loins. Some pastures were followed until they ended and the woods began. The bottom of the valley was located and a creek traced upstream. After 3.7 miles were travelled, my home was once again in view. When this occurred it was 10:45 with 33°.
