Hike to a nameless hollow in the Ozark National Forest
11/19/25
One hollow west of Coon Hollow there lies a hollow so hard to describe, that it was never named. At 4:45 a.m. with 53° this hollow was entered and explored, somewhat. The small valley proved to be quite lovely. The once clears skies slowly became infused with a thin layer of clouds. This only improved the character of the day. Two bluffs were mounted...then I left the area. By 9:30 with 67°, my car was in sight. The hike was 3 miles.
