Hike to a missing bluff line within the dark Ozark mountains

Imagine, if you will, awakening in the forest at 4:30 a.m. with no idea how you arrived there. It's 30°. You decide to explore. You find a bluff line of fine quality. Somehow, you make it back to a road where amazingly, your car is there waiting. Your Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness No Trail Edition all terrain unit. You then drive home, not sure where that is, but well over the speed recommendations. You assume that you've hiked 3.6 miles. After reaching the home designation you ponder...why, and how. Was this a missing bluff line now rediscovered? Maybe. You then drink a cup of coffee and pair that with a jelly donut.
