Hike on the West Fork Big of Piney Creek where many are the forks

Much of the Big Piney Creek drainage has been looked at. In the uppermost reaches of this watershed lies the West Fork. On this morning in early May, I observed and recorded this creek. At 4:20 with 44° and clear skies, the hike began. The valley was dropped into and the flow followed in an upstream fashion. The water level was moderate. Many lovey characteristics were seen. Then, and only then...did I exit the forest This was at 10:10 with 55°. Hikage was measured to be 3.2 miles.
